Key Responsibilities:

- Testing & Release: Conduct testing and release of raw materials, packing materials, finished products, and miscellaneous samples.
- Sample Management: Maintain reserve samples as per SOP guidelines.
- Specifications & Protocols: Prepare specifications for raw materials, in-process, and finished products, as well as stability protocols.
- Water Analysis: Perform water testing, maintain daily analysis trends, and ensure compliance with SOPs and GTP.
- Laboratory Management: Maintain reagents, volumetric solutions, and working standards as per SOPs.
- Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments as per schedule.
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP): Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to GLP guidelines.
- Training & Documentation:
- Keep employee training records updated.
- Upload and manage SOP training copies.
- Act as a Department Training Coordinator (DTC) for QCC.
- Ensure regular training updates in the training software.
- Submit employee training files for departing employees.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Initiate and review Change Controls, Out of Specifications (OOS), and Deviations.
- Prepare and review General Test Procedures (GTPs) and Method of Analysis (MOA).
- Manage AIMS Requisition for employee onboarding, modifications, or inactivation.

- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharma
- Experience: 2-7 years in a QC department of a sterile manufacturing plant
- Internal Candidates: Must have completed at least 2 years in their current role before applying.
