- Job Role: Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist

Qualifications: PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
- Develop SAR understanding and medicinal chemistry knowledge.
- Optimize synthetic routes for targeted compounds.
- Characterize molecules using NMR, IR, MS, and other spectroscopic techniques.
- Analyze and interpret research data while maintaining accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on synthetic challenges.
