Summary of the Role
This role involves executing technical service and application projects for Pharma, Nutra, Beauty, and Home across various dosage forms and administration routes under the supervision of senior scientists. The candidate will
also support tech transfer activities and collaborate with the Lubrizol LifeSciences India technical and commercial team as well as the global LLS technical organization.Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Execute Pharma, Nutra, Beauty, and Home application and technical service projects under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Plan and execute projects, design experiments, analyze results, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide project updates through technical reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist in technology transfer to customers.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the LLS global technical organization and local cross-functional teams.
- Conduct laboratory work in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education / Certification
- Advanced degree (M. Pharm. / M.Sc. / Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Organic Chemistry, or Cosmetic Science from a reputed university.
Experience and Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation and cosmetic formulation development, particularly in skincare.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, results-driven, and a team player.
- Ability to travel (up to 20%).
- Customer interaction and collaboration skills.
