Position: Associate Analyst
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
The Associate Analyst will be part of a dynamic team focused on pricing data. This role involves supporting clients (live or offline) by addressing their queries and providing customized reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excel Reports: Prepare pricing and competitor reports, including data extraction, standardization, and calculations.
- Research: Conduct research on legislative changes and margin structures within the pharmaceutical markets.
- Analytics: Perform analysis ranging from simple comparisons to advanced analytics using internal databases.
- Tool Management: Update pricing information in the portal and maintain its accuracy.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience: 0 – 1 year of relevant work experience.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Market Research.
- Understanding of data interpretation, secondary research, and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros (preferred).
- Domain Expertise: Knowledge of the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market Access.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Quick learner with effective time management skills.
Qualifications:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree or equivalent scientific background.
