Job Summary
The Senior Officer, Quality Control is responsible for performing and reporting the analysis of In-Process samples, finished products, stability samples, and cleaning validation.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of analysis and data documentation.
- Perform Quality Control Laboratory activities, including cGLP, documentation, and implementation of departmental quality systems.
- Conduct in-process, finished product, and stability testing for laboratory and commercial batches, as well as cleaning validation.
- Prepare Stability Trend Reports for laboratory samples.
- Collect, maintain, and generate records related to laboratory samples.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate core organizational values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
- Assist Senior Analysts, Team Leaders, and Group Leaders in daily Quality Control Laboratory functions.
- Adhere to compliance programs, including Global Business Ethics, Quality, Safety, Environment, and HR policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education
- M.Sc / B.Pharm or an equivalent degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively plan work activities to meet deadlines.
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry.
