POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The AM- Manufacturing & MIS is responsible for:
- Preparing and publishing various KPIs and dashboards generated from manufacturing lines at multiple contract manufacturing sites.
- Providing updates and insights on CM performance parameters aligned with Herbalife Global KPIs.
- Collecting data, conducting investigations, analyzing data, and generating useful insights in MIS formats.
- Downloading quality-related data, preparing trend analysis, monitoring CAPA implementation, and providing new insights for actionable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with multiple CMs: Collect data and prepare Dashboards evaluating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance.
- Prepare Scorecards: Aligned with Global KPIs.
- Conduct Review Meetings: With contract manufacturers to review performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate in Food Technology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, Mechanical
with relevant industry experience.Skills:
- Analytical capability
- Collaborative & persuasive
- Proficient in using statistical tools
- Hands-on in managing large data and generating insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years
