- Develop study-related documents or plans autonomously.
- Led the Data management team and performed all activities according to SOPs and guidelines.
- Develop effective relationships with sponsors, raise data queries, ensure timely resolution, and more.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Required for Clinical Data Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent field.
- 2 years of experience as a CDM in a CRO or Pharma company.
- Formal ICH GCP training and knowledge of relevant guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, initiative in problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and more.
