Job Title: Senior Executive – Production
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India
Scope
We’re looking for dynamic individuals to contribute to our success in the Apparel Industry. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, shape the future, and make a difference. As the Senior Executive – Production, you will be reporting to the Manager – Operations. You will facilitate the effective utilization of resources within the department and be responsible for sewing modules to deliver on planned production targets in line with expected quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Washing Plant operations to achieve Operational KPIs including OTD, Quality, Efficiency, Cost Control, Process Compliance, etc.
- Drive achievement of Washing operation targets and ensure quality of products meets customer/buyer specifications.
- Supervise the Washing Operations team for achievement of the functional objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth washing operations.
- Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or Clothing Technology.
- Experience: 4+ years in Production or a related function.
