Sanofi – Senior Scientific Writer is a position located in Hyderabad, India within the Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) organization. SBO is dedicated to centralizing processes and activities to support various functions at Sanofi globally, including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. The team at SBO aims to be a strategic partner for delivering support to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations at Sanofi.
Main responsibilities of Senior Scientific Writer Sanofi:
- To create complex and specialized content without supervision
- Manage end-to-end publication/medical education content development process
- Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise
- Coach and review content created by junior scientific writers
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders
People:
- Maintain effective relationship with stakeholders
- Interact effectively with healthcare professionals
- Constantly assist junior writers in developing knowledge
Performance of Senior Scientific Writer:
- Provide publication/medical education material as per timelines and quality
- Provide strategic support with individuals and institutions
Process:
- Develop complex publication/medical education material
- Support medical communication and develop subject matter expertise
- Implement the publication plan and associated activities
- Assist in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis
Stakeholder:
- Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas
- Liaise with medical department to prepare relevant deliverables
About you as a Senior Scientific Writer Sanofi
- Experience: >4 years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia
- Soft skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Technical skills: Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure, publication submission, project management
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
