- Perform laboratory tests and experiments, following standard procedures and protocols
- Collect and analyze samples, recording and interpreting data

- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner

- Required Expertise / Knowledge / Skills
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Chemistry from recognized University (in house candidate)
- Masters Degree in Chemistry from recognized University (New external hires)
- Proven experience working in a laboratory, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines
- 5-10 years of industry experience
