Position: R&D Chemist/Junior Research Associate
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India
Responsibilities For Research Associate Job opportunity :
- Research And Development:
- Conduct research to develop new chemical compounds and formulations for pharmaceutical applications.
- Perform literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the field as Research Associate .
- Chemical Synthesis:
- Design and execute chemical synthesis experiments to develop innovative products.
- Optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, quality, and scalability.
- Process Optimization And Scale-Up:
- Evaluate and refine processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up lab processes for pilot and commercial production.
- Analysis And Characterization:
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy, to characterize and validate products.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on experimental results and findings.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all R&D activities adhere to regulatory and quality standards, including GMP and FDA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory submissions is required for Research associate job.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry or a related field required for Research Associate Job.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and analytical tools such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and NMR. Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, purification, and reaction mechanisms.
- Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical R&D or a related industry will be an advantage is preferred for Research Associate Job.
