Job Description
- Monitor analytical functions and provide real-time support to cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
- Validate analytical methods for drug substances and dosage forms (tablets, capsules, oral solutions, suspensions, injections) per ICH and regulatory guidelines.
- Transfer analytical methods as per regulatory requirements (USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, Canada, EU) for solid, liquid, and lyophilized products.
- Address regulatory queries from agencies like the USFDA, MHRA, and EU.
- Set up analytical labs per cGLP/cGMP standards and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory norms.
- Develop and validate methods for extractable/leachable studies, nitrosamines, and genotoxic and elemental impurities using advanced techniques (LCMS, GCMS, HPLC, ICPMS, IC, HRMS).
- Identify and characterize unknown impurities using Prep LC, LCMS, and NMR.
- Collaborate with Piramal sites and clients for analytical support, planning, and prioritization.
- Ensure lab compliance with SOPs, computer system validation, and audits.
- Deliver projects on time with 100% OTIF compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and share findings.
- Maintain GxP, data integrity, and GDP in analytical operations.
- Review specifications, SOPs, test procedures, validation protocols, and reports.
- Manage analytical workflow, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets.
- Implement digitization across departments (ELN, sample/inventory/stability management).
- Provide team training as per job roles.
