Responsibilities
Quality Management System
- Planning & Budgeting: Shift coordination of maintenance and technical and operational activities.
- Systems, Policies, & Procedures: Implementing improvement of systems, procedures & policies during the shift.
- Management: Implementing unit-specific Systems, Policies & Procedures efficiently.
- Team Management: Grooming team members to achieve objectives.
- OHSMS: Ensuring HSEF procedures for a safe workplace.
- Environment Management System: Accountability for EMS systems, procedures & policies.
- Energy Management Systems 50001:2018: Observing and reporting energy parameters for optimal performance.
Qualifications required for Shift In Charge – Operations
Skills & Knowledge
- Educational Qualifications & Certifications: B.E. /Diploma/ B.Sc. Chemistry or Equivalent
- Relevant Experience: Refinery Background, holding the position for SIC for at least 1 year
- Functional Skills: Product domain knowledge, refinery process understanding, operation knowledge
- Behavioral Skills: Communication, analytical, and nurturing skills
