What You’ll Do
As an Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG’s Industrial Goods (Chemicals) Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing chemical industry expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Materials Sciences with high academic achievement; 1+ year of relevant work experience in chemicals/petrochemicals.
- Or bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Materials Sciences with high academic achievement, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in chemicals/petrochemicals.
- Experience on Sustainability in the Chemical Industry is a big plus.
- Eagerness to contribute to advanced analytics offerings in Chemicals.
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel required; Proficiency in advanced analytics and visualization software (Alteryx, Tableau, Python) preferred.
