key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing, including validation, verification, transfer, and stability studies.
- Develop, evaluate, and validate analytical methods independently.
- Design experiments and write protocols, reports, and procedures with minimal guidance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, ALCOA+, Data Integrity).
- Investigate and resolve laboratory issues (OOS/OOT, deviations, nonconformance).
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment.
- Research to improve processes, technologies, and analytical methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Analyze data, make decisions, and present findings in technical review meetings.
- Support responses to regulatory authority inquiries on analytical methods.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Receive and log samples in LIMS.
- Own and update SOPs for relevant techniques.
- Identify risks and propose process improvements.
- Conduct R&D stability testing to support product registration.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field with 8-14 years of experience OR
- Master’s degree with 5-10 years of experience.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory validation & stability guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (HPLC/UPLC, GC, Titrations, AAS, etc.).
- Proficiency in lab software (Empower, Chromeleon, LIMS) and general computer skills (MS Word, Spreadsheets).
