Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform studies to evaluate NMR parameters’ impact on QM-based analysis and qNMR non-target analysis.
- Develop and publish high-quality analytical methods using high-field NMR and qNMR applications.
- Acquire high-resolution qNMR spectra and implement structural elucidation for chemical information.
- Collaborate in ongoing studies and provide technical guidance on product development projects.
- Manage project tasks, troubleshoot issues, and review scientific literature.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive USP’s mission of developing public standards.
Job Qualifications:
- MSc./M. Pharm. with 6-8 years of experience in NMR, qNMR, and Quantum mechanics.
- PhD. in a scientific discipline with experience in NMR and method development.
Additional Preferences
Desired Preferences:
- Experience in developing and validating analytical methods.
- Hands-on experience in NMR, HPLC, and quantum mechanics.
- Ability to plan and conduct rigorous scientific research independently.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices (GLP) and GMP is a plus.
