Job Description
Job Overview: The research associate will support ongoing research projects by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and assisting with project management in synthesis development laboratory – R&D.
Technical Skills
Requirements For Research Associate R&D job:
- Strong knowledge of organic reactions and mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
- Familiarity with peptide synthesis and characterization research techniques.
Responsibilities
- To complete the trainings as allotted and required.
- To perform the experiments planned related to peptide purification/synthesis.
- To document the activities completed on-time and keep the documents online without any delay preferred for R&D job.
- To complete the assigned project/work related tasks on-time.
- To support the other team members as and when the support is required.
- The candidate might have to come in shifts/holidays as and when required.
- Ability to monitor the variations observed during process development of peptide purification.
- Ensure safety at the workplace.
- Conducting the day-to-day experimentations for R&D.
