How success looks like
Ability to perform routine analysis of dosage forms like Tablets, capsules, liquids, semi-solids using instrumentation like HPLC, UV, GC, Dissolution. Have exposure to Analytical method development, analytical method validation; analytical method transfer; stability testing. Understanding of ICH guidelines for method validation and stability studies. Agility to learn and acquire new skills.
