Key Accountabilities
- Assist in Experiments & Research – Conduct experiments under senior lab staff supervision.
- Product Testing – Analyze physical and analytical properties such as viscosity, gel time, color Gardner, epoxy value, amine value, moisture content, FTIR analysis, etc.
- Mechanical & Application Testing – Evaluate Tg, Shore Hardness, Tensile Strength, Flexural Strength, Lap Shear Strength, etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Generate and compile test reports based on research findings.
- Safety & Compliance – Follow strict safety protocols and lab procedures while ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Use of PPE – Maintain proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Key Requirements : Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
Skills & Competencies
- Languages: English, Hindi, and the local language preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for preparing technical reports.
