Job Summary
Dr. Reddy is seeking a quality associate to join its Global Manufacturing Organization (GMO) team. This role involves sampling, analyzing raw materials and packaging components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining laboratory safety protocols.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct sampling and analysis of packaging and raw material samples as per guidelines.
- Perform SAP activities, Record of Analysis (ROA) preparation, and analytical data review.
- Maintain accurate documentation before submission for approval.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of lab instruments as per SOPs.
- Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and JSA compliance.
- Oversee the handling and storage of chemicals, reagents, and solvents.
- Assist in out-lab testing sample preparation and timely sample destruction.
- Generate Certificates of Analysis (COA) and complete assigned training.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-5 years in a pharmaceutical or laboratory setting.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in analytical techniques, SAP, and cGMP compliance.
- Knowledge of instrument maintenance, documentation, and lab safety.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with team members.
