Job Overview
Implement quality control activities at Ankleshwar in adherence to regulatory and global quality directives and HSE guidelines with optimum resource utilization.
Responsibilities
Analysis:
- Perform timely sampling and analysis of raw material, bulk product, intermediates, finished goods, and other samples.
- Conduct analysis of stability, process validation samples, and cleaning validation.
Good Laboratory Practice:
- Perform calibration & maintenance of lab equipment and assist in equipment qualification.
- Prepare SOPs, formats, and Analytical Test Records.
Management of Laboratory Consumables:
- Identify and plan requirements for laboratory consumables and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse for analytical activities.
Validation:
- Prepare protocols for Analytical Method validation and cleaning validation.
- Manage reference standards, working standards, and laboratory reagents.
Other:
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements for the QC laboratory.
- Carry out any other assignments or projects as per Department Head instructions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- M.Sc (Organic/Analytical Chemistry) or B.Pharm with 2-5 years of experience as an analyst in a similar industry
- Knowledge of GMP & GLP
- Good coordination and communication skills
