JOB SCOPE/ SUMMARY OF POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW POLYMER:
- Conduct basic and applied research around architectural coatings and additives.
- Develop new products and refine existing products.
- Formulate paint using new technologies.
- Prepare, test, and compare experimental samples.
- Substantiate, review, and justify conclusions reached by the Research and Development department activity.
- Awareness about new upcoming trends.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Direct and lead activity exploring new chemical pathways to develop new technologies as per the company strategy.
- Knowledge of patents/search engines/ drafting of patents or scientific.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking product analyses and develop product development strategies.
- Select, test, and evaluate new raw materials to determine the quality and cost-effectiveness of materials.
- Substantiate, review, and justify conclusions reached by the Research and Development department activity.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / TRAINING:
Educational attainment is equivalent to PhD (Chemistry, preferably Organic / Polymer). Academic Post Doc experience 0-1 year.
