Role Summary
Responsibilities:
- – Collaboratively perform QA activities.
- – Lab study and customer specification setup as per product integrity standard requirement.
- – Support for Calibration of analytical instruments and standardization of volumetric solutions.
- – Support to Product qualification reporting locally and globally.
- – Support to IMS initiatives related to reliability, efficiency, product quality, safety, and minimizing maintenance/operation costs.
- – Analytical testing precision performance monitoring.
- – Nonconformance reporting/management through the LZ system.
- – Helped perform QA-specific procurement/billing and related activities.
- – Support to manage analytical instruments in working conditions.
- – Analytical testing support is needed for customer complaint resolution.
- – Responsible for workplace management (5S).
- – Support HSE goals in consistence and accelerating site journey to “Zero Harm – Zero injury”.
Requirements for QA Officer Job at Lubrizol.
Required Expertise / Knowledge / Skills
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Chemistry from a recognised university.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in testing of lubricants, additives, chemicals, preferably in MNC environment.
- Sound knowledge of analytical testing instruments, wet analysis. Experience in laboratory blending/synthesis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- English communication.
- Computer -Software skills: – Adequate fluency with MS Office, proficient in SAP QM module.
- Can work in a team as well as independently. Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Execution of other work in consultation with QA Manager.
- Exposure to workplace management tools like 5S will be advantage.
