How you’ll spend your day
- Ensure 24 × 7 audit readiness.
- Work with HPLC and Empower software.
- Apply basic chemistry knowledge.
- Work in different shifts as required.
- Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure 100% participation in training programs against CAPAs.
- Initiate and investigate LIR, OOS, OOT, and borderline results, reporting them to the in-charge.
- Support by sharing required documents from QC to RA or other departments.
- Determine team priorities in line with plant needs, coordinating with the team leader/manager.
- Follow housekeeping, cGMP, GLP, and safety guidelines in the laboratory.
- Perform sampling and analysis of RM, FG, intermediates, and cleaning samples based on requirements.
- Enter results into analytical sheets, QA forms, LIMS, and perform online documentation as per data integrity norms.
- Conduct analytical tests according to the monograph and SOP.
- Responsible for calibration and verification of instruments.
- Maintain reserved samples room, chambers, autoclaves, and incubators.
- Assist in charge with preparing departmental documents (STPs, SOPs, etc.).
- Ensure sampling of finished products, raw materials, and intermediates, and send samples to outside laboratories for analysis.
- Ensure timely sampling, approval, and rejection labels.
- Maintain stock records of chemicals and reconcile standards.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the QC Manager or group leader-QC.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
