Your Role:
As part of a global team, you will be the second-level contact to support our commercial organizations/customer-facing functions with quality & regulatory knowledge for our global Life Science product portfolio.
What You Do:
- Assist and advise our customers on quality and regulatory topics such as providing consultative services and documentation support.
- Interact with various internal functions (e.g., Quality, Regulatory, Business) to come up with resolutions to address customers’ Quality (Q) & Regulatory (R) related inquiries.
- Act as the interface between customers and our internal functions, offering advice to customers and internal stakeholders, explaining complex topics to non-experts, and supporting the development of market-leading solutions.
- Create and improve digital solutions and workflows to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for a specific product portfolio and/or Quality/Regulatory topic, driving continuous improvements and implementing digital workflows to enhance service level support.
Who You Are:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in a customer service-oriented environment in Life Science, Biotechnology, or a related industry.
- A good understanding of quality & regulatory guidelines is a plus, especially for pharmaceutical raw materials (e.g., Excipient & API).
- Digital savvy with proficiency in using digital tools essential for daily work.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as SFDC, SAP & Microsoft 365.
- Advocate for customers by supporting them when necessary and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative and customer-centric.
- Highly motivated, analytical, and meticulous, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, able to work independently, and as a team player.
- Global mindset and willing to attend global calls outside office hours (e.g., night calls).
- APAC regional exposure experience is an added advantage.
