About the job
Description: The Fluke Environmental Compliance Team is responsible for all global product chemical and environmental regulatory compliance efforts. The focus is on obtaining product data through various technology tools, chemical testing, and vendor engagement. Fluke Regulatory Compliance requires a Regulatory Analyst to support all aspects of chemical/environmental compliance, including the obtainment, warehousing, analysis, and reporting of new and legacy product data.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Regulatory Compliance Team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance.
- Conduct product data mining from regulatory data tools.
- Collaborate with IT to backfill product data into ERP systems.
- Offer customer support for regulatory document requests.
- Engage with vendors to obtain regulatory documents and data.
- Perform ongoing regulatory data analysis and tracking.
- Analyze material properties and compliance status.
- Support part/material sampling and testing processes.
- Engage with internal global stakeholders in a regulatory support function as needed.
- Support product compliance with a range of current and imminent global regulatory obligations.
Qualifications:
- College degree (BS) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of prior experience in a regulatory, product safety, component engineering, or data analyst role.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with ERP tools such as Oracle.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong customer focus, and a professional demeanor at all times
