THERAPY MANAGER
The Therapy Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the therapy area by effectively reaching out to customers, increasing product awareness, answering queries, and introducing new products. The role also emphasizes customer focus, industry knowledge, and scheduling/planning the frequency of calls to personally visit targeted doctors as per the agreed coverage list.
Our Sales team supports our customers by providing:
- Clinical information about products.
- Educational information.
- Clinical training programs and resources.
We aim to help healthcare providers and systems meet the goals of their patients and communities. Your role is integral in helping the world achieve new breakthroughs that affect generations, contributing meaningfully to global medical advancement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Imbibe product-related features and benefits, including scientific information, to effectively communicate with medical doctors and handle product-related customer queries.
- Utilize customer-focused selling techniques (CSSP), continually assess customer knowledge, and strategize to maintain high customer confidence in company products.
- Maintain current, approved protocol (CSSP) and promotional materials for sales presentations/detailing.
- Contact customers regularly and deliver informative sales presentations based on their needs.
- Explore opportunities to develop new business in the assigned therapy area.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently through effective implementation of sales promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
- Constantly update knowledge of disease and product areas to facilitate scientific discussions with stakeholders and enhance productivity levels as expected by the company.
- Carry out product visibility and ancillary activities related to company products or those from any other partnered company, as per agreements.
- Explore new business avenues for assigned therapy areas and territories.
- Tactically plan to generate tertiary demand generation.
- Plan and execute fieldwork as per approved tour programs and report into the data management system regularly, as per company expectations.
- Take follow-up initiatives on feedback and customer service requirements.
- Handle special product campaigns and new product launch campaigns per company plans.
- Cover nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals as per agreed coverage requirements.
- Assist in the collection of receivables as per company policy.
- Collaborate with team colleagues in arranging speakers, displays, special programs, and CMEs to meet the educational needs of customers.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Degree in Sciences or B. Pharm.
- 3 or more years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to articulate data-driven findings to various audience levels and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Relevant experience in the therapeutic segment.
- Knowledge of vaccines and experience in selling to corporate hospitals, including specialties like Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Diabetologists, Pulmonologists, and Nephrologists, along with trade experience.
