Job Description Summary
- To perform and monitor the In-process Quality Assurance activities during manufacturing stages to ensure product is within AQL limits.
- To perform line clearance activities at Borsor, Printing, Inspection areas.
- Responsible to update documents and reports as per requirements.
- Responsible to take decisions based on the data for supporting enhanced productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform IPQA activities at Borsor as per defined procedure.
- To perform IPQA activities at Printing stage as per defined procedure.
- To perform line clearance activities at Borsor, Printing, and Inspection areas.
- To record the AQL results in defined SOP formats at Borsor & printing stage.
- To do the physical/dimensional attributes of empty capsule shells at different stages, e.g., Production, Borsor, Printing, Inspection, etc.
- To perform PLF test on retention samples.
- To check the color of the capsule during production/printing stage as per requirements.
- To complete the assigned task within quality domain as and when required.
- To follow the safety norms as per company policy.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in D.Pharma/BSc.
- Work experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar field.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in Quality Assurance Function.
