About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new skin care, hair care formulations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consumer needs.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends, ingredient efficacy, and regulatory guidelines to inform product development.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments, including stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing. Analyze data and compile reports to present findings.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and product specifications in compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in gathering consumer feedback and preferences to inform product development and improvements.
Competencies:
- B-Tech / M-Tech In cosmetology OR B. Pharma / M. Pharma
- 0-3 years of experience
- Experience in skin care product development or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for skin care, hair care, and a commitment to sustainability.
