How you’ll spend your day
- Working as part of a team.
- Conducting literature searches for given step(s) or molecules.
- Organizing and sourcing relevant patents and papers from the literature.
- Ordering raw materials and chemicals from various vendors or plants.
- Developing the most economical and eco-friendly commercially viable technology at the bench scale.
- Coordinating with Analytical team members.
- Preparing safety reports.
- Upscaling developed technology at Kilo Lab, Pilot, or Plant Scale and addressing up-scaling challenges.
- Enhancing personal skills by reading and attending seminars.
- Maintaining discipline and upholding the dignity of the organization.
- Contributing novel ideas during technical discussions.
- Meeting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and compliance expectations.
Your experience and qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in chemistry
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Reports To: Sr Mgr Chemical R&D
