Position Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated fresh graduates with a B. Pharm, Diploma, or BSc to join our Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in a world-class biosimilars organization and contribute to critical production processes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Required: B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)/Diploma/BSc
• Experience: Fresher (No prior work experience required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow cGMP in the production department and online documentation
• Follow entry/exit procedure as per SOP
• Monitor and record area temperature and differential pressure in the records
• Monitor and record UV lamp hours in the garment cubicles, LAF readings in the records
• Follow Aseptic practices and behaviors in Aseptic Area
• Perform filtration of the formulated solutions for filling
• Carry out integrity testing of Capsule Filter as per SOP
• Perform Vial/Cartridge filling machine assembly and aseptic connection as per SOP
• Perform changeover of machine parts with respect to batches
• Load/Unload vials in & from lyophilizer
• Unload sterilized articles from the autoclave as per SOP
• Participate in Aseptic Process Simulation or Media Fill Study/Gowning re-qualification as per the schedule/plan
• Provide Personnel monitoring samples (Finger DAB/Gowns) to microbiologist after activity as per SOP
• Execute Development batches in coordination with R&D
• Handle troubleshooting of the Vial/Cartridge filling/sealing machine during operations
• Clean and operate Vial/Cartridge filling machine/sealing machine/lyophilizer/Mobile LAF/LAF/Pass box/Garment Cubicle/SS articles and other associated equipment/instruments in the filling/filtration area as per SOP
• Monitor/Perform Fogging & cleaning of Aseptic Area/sealing & sterile corridor area
• Update the status board
• Online update of BMR/Records/Checklists/Logbook as applicable
• Ensure that the Preventative maintenance of equipment and instrument is performed as per the schedule in coordination with maintenance and instrumentation
• Report incidents, accidents, or any deviations immediately to the supervisors
• Participate in annual cGMP/Module/SOP/BMR/Protocol/Other Trainings (as applicable) and keep online updating of the training record
• Perform sealing of liquid-filled and lyophilized vials as per SOP
• Shift the product batch to the appropriate cold room for storage
• Online entry regarding gas purging for filling machine
• Send sealed containers to the packing area
• Perform filled volume checks for filled vials/cartridges as per SOP/BMR
• Carry out non-viable particle count as per schedule/frequency mentioned in SOP
• Operate/calibrate Weighing balance as per SOP
