Mission Details
- Ensure all analytical laboratory activities are in compliance with EHS and legal requirements.
- Install analytical capability, including systems and tools to report and communicate work.
- Manage quality problems that require plant or customer support.
Accountability
- Perform laboratory duties, including analysis using spectroscopic, thermal, chromatographic, and rheological techniques that support Technical Assistance (AT), Product Maintenance (PM), New Product Development (NPD), and Research and Technology Development (RTD).
- Optimize systems and procedures to ensure all activities comply with EHS and Quality Management System policies and requirements.
- Work out and control the analytical lab budget to meet company objectives.
- Meet customer requirements in quality, performance, and cost in line with the regional laboratory managers’ strategies.
- Develop technical contacts with internal affiliates and external organizations such as industrial associations, universities, research institutes, and suppliers to ensure alignment with frontier analytical technology and identify opportunities for Bostik.
- Provide regular reports as required.
Required Profile
- Degree: Postgraduate in Chemistry
- Experience: 5 years of experience in handling instruments is essential
