Walk-in-interview for JRF position under ANRF/SERB funded project
Applications are invited for the position of ONE Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the ANRF-sponsored project entitled “Exploration of oxadiazole scaffolds into potential pan peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) agonists as antidiabetic agents” under the supervision of the undersigned. The position is temporary and is available immediately up to three years or based on the candidate’s performance each year.
Duration: 3 years or up to the termination of the project.

Co-PI: Dr. Ashok K. Datusalia, Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology
Essential Qualifications: M.S. Pharm./M. Pharmacy/M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Desirable Qualification: A candidate with GPAT or GATE or NET qualification and having knowledge of molecular modeling and chemical synthesis will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 28 years. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/women and physically handicapped candidates.
Emoluments: JRF @ Rs. 37,000 + HRA (as per norms)

Candidates may also note the following points:
- NIPER Raebareli reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates.
- The project team will have the right to put any screening criteria in case of large numbers of applications/applicants.
- The committee also reserves the right not to select any candidate in case candidates are not found suitable for the applied post.
- The interview will be held tentatively on 18th November 2024 at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Raebareli Bijnor-Sisendi Road, Sarojini Nagar, Near CRPF Base Camp, Lucknow.
- Please note that no TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for the interview. The candidate should come along with their original certificates at 11:00 am on the scheduled date.
- The above post is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project.
