We are looking for an Associate Content Editor to join our Post Market Product (FingerTip Formulary Team) in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work in the dynamic field of market access. This detail-oriented role focuses on research, data entry, and analysis of formulary and policy data, requiring extreme accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related fields.
- Experience in Market Access, Managed Care, or PBM workflows.
- Advanced computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities as Part of Formulary Research:
- Research, review, interpret, and accurately enter formulary data for all therapeutic drug classes across Commercial, PBM, Medicaid, State Medicaid, and Medicare plans through company websites, published materials, and formulary databases on a cyclical or monthly schedule.
- Perform primary and secondary health plan research.
- Collaborate with the team on plan changes and formulary updates.
- Validate formulary data entered by Formulary Researchers according to the guidelines set by the Director of Formulary Operations, report discrepancies, and review practices with the appropriate researcher.
- Assist in training the Formulary Research team as necessary to ensure adequate background knowledge of drug information.
About the Team:
Gain hands-on exposure to conducting market assessments related to US Healthcare. As part of the role, we research and review coverage information, medical policies, prior authorization criteria, and restriction research for major therapeutic classes across Medicare, Commercial, Medicaid, and PBM plans through Payer/PBM websites.
Hours of Work:
- 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
- Hybrid working mode.
