YOUR ROLE
- Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in internal systems.
- Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release.
- Record, organize, and communicate results/data from experiments and testing.
- Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations.
- Ensure test lab documentation is compliant with NABL/ISO 17025 certification.
- Track and maintain calibration records.
- Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products.
- Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment, in good condition. Follow 5S principles.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and policies.
- Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in scientific publications and forums.
YOUR SKILLS
- MSc or BE in Chemistry/Polymer Science.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in an ISO 17025/NABL certified lab.
- Familiarity with ASTM/ISO/DIN/EN test standards for material and chemical testing.
- Documentation and audit experience for ISO 17025 Technical Lab/NABL certification.
- Hands-on experience with testing methods like lap shear, tensile, compressive, hardness, and peel tests.
- Hands-on experience with analytical methods such as DSC/Tg/Dielectric, moisture, etc.
- Hands-on experience with coating tests such as SST, abrasion, adhesion, etc.
- Skilled in test analysis and interpretation.
