Job Purpose
Ensure, check, and advise the concerned department for planning and organizing the necessary measures for effective control of personal injury. Evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken. Ensure safety aspects, conduct plant safety inspections to observe physical conditions and practices, and remove unsafe conditions. Establish new safe practices.
Accountabilities
- Prevent incidences across the Unit to ensure employee and stakeholder safety.
- Assess and improve emergency preparedness across the Unit to reduce the impact of incidences on humans and property.
- Execute the planned activities, promotional activities, and improvements to ensure statutory compliance.
Education Qualification
- Science graduate in chemistry or Diploma/Degree with a Diploma in Advanced Industrial Safety.
Relevant Work Experience
- 2 years of safety experience in pharma or chemical industries.
