Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Technician Job For Chemistry

We are currently seeking an Advance Technician who will be responsible for supporting manufacturing day-to-day activities in Dispensing/Packaging/Labeling. The company is compliant with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485: 2016 & EN ISO 13485: 2016, MDSAP, and Beckman Coulter corporate Quality system requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding the process for labeling, Dispensing & Packaging, and handling unit operations of Dispensing/Filling machines and Packaging instruments.
• Meeting FPY and OTD Targets for production as per the planning schedule.
• Escalating to the respective supervisor in case of any downtime or issues in the production line.
• Meeting regulatory requirements and following internal company policies and SOPs, with a good understanding of GDP and cGMP requirements.
• Having good communication skills to support urgent countermeasures for day-to-day issues at Gemba, while keeping all associates up to date during Daily Management.
• Taking ownership of your own KPIs and tracking them daily to achieve targets.
• Supporting on-time delivery to the customer.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry with 4–6 years of experience.
