YOUR ROLE
- Drives and executes new product development projects mainly in the area of thermal materials.
- Provides technical support service to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
- Tests or supervises tests on product stability and performance.
- Approves technical readiness of raw materials and products as well as first production.
- Keeps close relationship and exchange with Henkel sales and AD functions.
- Assures all new products meet internal chemical health and safety requirements.
- Reports and presentation generation in Indian and/or English for internal purposes.
YOUR SKILLS
- Master in chemical engineering/chemistry or PhD.
- Ideally experienced within the field of Thermal Conductive Materials.
- Highly self-organized way of working.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint; statistical data analysis is an advantage.
