About the job
- To plan the development activities/process improvements and ensure robust and feasible transfer of manufacturing process technology for pharmaceutical injectables.
- Adherence to the project timelines, ensuring all compliance norms.
- Formulation development, scale-up, site transfer.
- Participate in new product launch campaigns actively for the trial/validation batches execution, regulatory submissions, and addressing concerns/queries.
- Ensure compliance and process requirements for the pilot/scale-up and the exhibit batches.
- Plan/Document/Support/Coordinate and execute the scale-up/optimization manufacturing batches as per the plan.
- Provide feedback/support to bridge the process gaps and offer solutions to complex issues, updating periodically to the team leader.
- Formulation and development activities & documentation.
- Trial batch execution.
- Review and offer recommendations to the process validation reports/protocols.
- Participate in planning of exhibit/submission batches and process validation execution.
Relevant expertise of 01 to 07 years in the field of process development of injectable products.
Requisite skill set:
- Masters in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics).
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines/GMP norms.
- Strong technical acumen.
