Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement solutions.
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of test results and findings.
- Train and mentor junior lab technicians.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.
