Job Overview:
- Designing formulations and samples as per requirement
- Equipment logbook entry
- Document preparation for technology transfer, customer samples, etc.
- Sample dispatch
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: QA, QC, Production
- External: Vendors, Customers
Reporting Structure: Sr. Research Scientist – R&D
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Competencies: MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Testing of R&D Samples
- Development & Validation of methods
- Stability Testing as programmed by R&D Section
- Calibration of Equipment/Instruments as per the planner
- Analysis and reporting of new raw material as per statutory requirement
- Effective implementation and following of practices like cGMP & GLP in R&D Department
- Coordination with the maintenance department for routine and breakdown maintenance
- Coordination with QA, QC, Stores, BD Team as per requirement
- Following up with the outsourcing lab for pending analysis reports
- Documentation related to Quality Management System/Environmental Management System Occupational Health & Safety Assessment (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OSAS 45001:2018)
- Ensure the use of PPE
- Ensure the disposal of waste
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
