Advertisement for the walk-in interview for appointment of Research Associate (RA)
Candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview on 16.4.2024 at 11:00 am in the office of the Chairperson, Department of Chemistry, Panjab University for one position
of Research Associate (RA) in the DST-Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) sponsored research project entitled “Development of NIR Emitting Peptide Conjugated Metallic Nanoclusters for Effective Photothermal Therapy” sanctioned to the undersigned in collaboration with IIT Hyderabad. Interested candidates may bring attested copies of certificates, work experience, and any other relevant certificates at the time of the walk-in interview.Essential Qualifications for candidates:
Ph.D. degree (or Ph.D. thesis submitted) in the field of Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Biotechnology / Materials / Engineering / Nanotechnology / allied branches
Desirable: Prior knowledge / experience of chemical synthesis of nanoconjugates and biomolecules shall be preferable.
Salary: The selected candidate will be paid salary + HRA as per DST-SERB rules.
Duration: Initial appointment for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Note: No TA / DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
