Role Description
This full-time role for New Product Development Executive will be an onsite position located in Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of new cosmetic products from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with MARS’s brand goals and values. The candidate will liaise with counterparts across functions (e.g. Marketing
, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure timely delivery of the new products and foster positive cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will also have to stay up-to-date with competitors, industry trends, and consumer preferences to identify innovation opportunities and make appropriate recommendations.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in product development in the cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry
- Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to launch
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Prior experience with agile methodology is a plus
- Passionate about beauty and innovation
