Avantor QA Officer Opportunity – Pharma Apply
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Officer Quality Assurance at Avantor. We are a renowned company in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards in our products. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in Dehradun, IND.
About the Position:
As the Officer Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing quality management system (QMS) activities and the In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) program. Your role will involve ensuring that our products are produced consistently according to established standards. Key duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Timely analysis of under test samples and delivering timely results
- Coordination with tollar for quality related issues and clarification
- Sampling and analysis for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
- Ensuring compliance of ATR
- Assisting team in ISO implementation
- Knowledge of calibration, standard preparation, standardization, and relevant documentation
- Handling knowledge of HPLC, GC, and wet analysis
- Providing timely reports to SAP for result recording
- Filling and updating all relevant documents
- Ensuring zero accidents in the quality operations
- Achieving batch-wise timelines, quantity, and quality
- Training and supervising the working of all operators in the department
- Maintaining ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005, SAP, and other quality systems in the department
- Maintaining analytical records/log sheets as per GMP & ISO guidelines
- Being a member of the Emergency Response Team and guiding and training other team members in case of an emergency
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Graduate/Post-graduate in Sciences-Life Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Pharmacy
- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including cGMP, ISO, and regulatory audits
- Industry: IVD preferred/Medical Devices
