Job Responsibility:
- Investigation, execution and closure of CAPA, OOS, OOT, Incidence, Deviation and LER in QC.
- Investigation and review of CAPA/Incidence/LER and interact with respective investigation members in QC and Site QA and inform about investigation status.
- Monitoring and timely closures of CAPA/Incidence/LER.
- Device CAPA for Incidents and other Investigations.
- Knowledge to handle investigations in Track Wise and SAP.
- Competent to give compliances for the Internal and External Audit observations.
