Job Description
IFF is seeking a highly motivated Application technician to join our team. The position will provide an opportunity to be part of the team for pharma application development & innovation team. Key focus will be on oral drug delivery systems development which will be used in IFF Global and Regional projects. The technician conducts laboratory tests and performs tasks according to accepted methods and training prescribed by the business application team. Supports application projects and/or technical service requests. Analyzes results and maintains records of samples. The work is performed under limited supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts laboratory tests and performs tasks related to product formulation & analysis.
- Record test results and identify inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with other teams at the lab.
- Maintain inventory and reorder items required for routine lab activities.
- Assisting set up of equipment and liaison with vendors for repairs as required.
- Ensure compliance to site EHS requirements.
- Provide key insights to project teams during product development & evaluation.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- B. Pharm or BSc/M.Sc. with 2-5 years’ experience with Pharmaceutical formulations.
