Job Description:
- To follow c GMP and GLP in Quality control Department.
- Analy sis of RM, PM, SFG, FG, Stability, AMV, Water and Calibration of analytical instrument.
- To coordinate with QA, store, production for QC related documentation requirement.
- To prepare work order and inform to service engineer for timely completion of instrument qualification and maintain AMC of QC instruments as per schedule.
- To sending of samples in contract laboratory for analysis.
- To timely verify of SAP entry for accuracy.
- Maintaining the primary, reference standard and working standards and records.
- Operation calibration and maintenance of stability chamber and stability management system i.e. sample charging, sample pulled out, protocol preparation, sample discontinuation and sample destruction.
- To performed stability related activities in SAP system.
- Management of HPLC columns within time as per SOP.
- To perform GMP activities like initiation of QMS in SAP system and initiation and investigation of LEIR, OOS, OOT, and Incident.
- To prepare various documents as per requirement in M.S. Office.
- To operate instrument software’s use in quality control department.
- To operate and maintain the computerised system attached with analytical instrument like Empower, KF, Coulometer, Viscometer and Olympus microscope etc.
