Responsibilities
- DOE creation and execution with data analytics skills.
- Literature screening and Patent search
- Scaling up of Projects
- Interpretation and analysis of reports to bring out effective information for Project.
- Inter-Departmental coordination.
- Cross functional working and adaptability for change.
- Work with SAP systems for Work hour recordings, Material Procurement, Issue and Inventory management
- Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
- Project planning as well as follow-up and control of execution through electroplating experiments.
- Support Field tests at the customer’s site (if required).
- Maintain and promote safety culture.
- Creation of documents, regulations and reports following ISO norms.
- Operate Electroplating Line and Lab scale equipment.
- Conduct Chemical / Materials / Physical Analysis in Lab.
- Effective communication with Global Counterparts for Project updates and plans. Internal and external (if required) presentation of results.
Qualification & Professional Experience:
- Candidate should have the knowledge of electroplating
- 2+ year of research experience
- MSc in Chemistry with PhD background is preferable
