Job Purpose
Develop, optimise and execute the process for APIs to ensure on time implementation within budget.
Accountabilities
- Develop API process in lab: Conduct literature surveys and API intermediate characterization to ensure quality and timely implementation.
- Prepare development report and MPG: Based on lab work, create development reports and manuscripts for successful technology transfer in plant.
- Conduct QbD study, carryover study, impurity (genotoxic) identification / synthesis / characterization: Ensure regulatory compliance and minimize deficiencies in DMF filing.
- Support procurement in vendor selection: Identify and finalize vendors for key raw materials by performing vendor qualification.
- Ensure compliance of checklist for stage gate and milestone meetings: Complete projects within specified timeframes.
Education Qualification: M. Sc. Organic Chemistry
Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 yrs in process R&D
