The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), Directorate General of Health Services, under the Government of India, is seeking applications for the position of Programme Officer (QC) for the Blood Transfusion Division. This is a contractual position for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Qualification & Experience:
MBBS with 3 years experience in Clinical Laboratory/Blood Bank with exposure to quality systems in the Healthcare Sector. OR 1st Class Master’s degree in Pharmacy or M.Sc. (Medical Microbiology/Medical Laboratory Technology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences) from a recognized university with 5 years experience preferably in Blood Bank or Quality Control/Management of Biologicals. Exposure to health systems/quality management in the Healthcare Sector, GMP/GLP/GCP practice is required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
All matters pertaining to Capacity Building/Monitoring/ QMS/EQAS and Accreditation of Blood Banks and Blood Transfusion services.
Age Group: Up to 60 Years
Consolidated remuneration per month: Rs. 78,000/-
